WIP Blackwork Cat Ornie
This is the blackwork cat ornament from JCS Ornament Issue by Kitty & Me designs. It is done on 28ct jobelan Silkweaver Solo that is sparkly. I thought the sparkles would complement the blackwork nicely. Hopefully I can get this done soon as it is stitching up quickly.

That kitty is stitching up nicely. I've been considering doing her myself when I get around to stitching on my ornaments along about mid-November. :)
ReplyDeleteJen: I am enjoying stitching it. I like blackwork and how it looks, but sometimes the patterns get tricky! The cat is filled in to just under the neck but my camera is in Virginia with my DH so I can't post an update.
ReplyDeleteI do not know the railroading. I just make simple half cross stitches on stamped needlepoint canvases.
